• By validating the payment, the Client expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

• No refund requests will be accepted, unless a specific commercial guarantee is provided by Elite Capital Group LLC.

Access to the training programs is strictly personal.
Any sharing, distribution, or resale of the content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

All training programs, videos, materials, and documents provided remain the exclusive property of Elite Capital Group LLC.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal penalties.

ARTICLE 6 – CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

The Client acknowledges that results depend on their own personal commitment.
Elite Capital Group LLC does not guarantee any specific financial outcome or performance.

ARTICLE 7 – COMMERCIAL GUARANTEES (IF APPLICABLE)

If a commercial guarantee is offered, it will be specified at the time of purchase.
To qualify for any refund under such a guarantee, the Client must strictly comply with all stated conditions.

ARTICLE 8 – DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.

ARTICLE 9 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE GTCS

By making a purchase, the Client fully and unconditionally agrees to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
